Michali Charalampous

Hello, my name is Michalis Charalampous and I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nicosia, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from European University Cyprus, and a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Nicosia.

I have worked with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, traumatic experiences, self esteem difficulties, relationship issues, and emotional adjustment difficulties.

I believe that every challenge has its own unique story and deserves to be approached with understanding and respect. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your concerns, understand the difficulties you are facing, and develop effective strategies to manage them.

My therapeutic approach is based on evidence based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs of each person.

Sessions are conducted in Greek and English.

Areas of Counselling and Psychological Support

My goal is to create a calm and supportive therapeutic relationship where each individual feels comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.

Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each person, always with respect, confidentiality, and professional care.

Sessions are conducted in Greek and English.
